I lost my job in October after filing an appeal to the state employees of the Commission foreign language. My dismissal was upheld because although I have no porn (a couple of people who originally virus), the coroner determined, I "misuse of hours of work. "However, the judge in the decision of Appeals said the unopened spam in my Yahoo mailbox discredited this testimony. This is totally false. I was old student in my class that graduated from college, and worked my tail off this company, I am now unable to find employment because of such termination. Is there some action I can take? If I had done what the judge said I did, I'd walk to it, but I did not, and documents to prove it. I feel my reputation and ability to find employment has been seriously compromised. Can someone give some advice?

How did Co misuse. "Time" if you do not open e-mails? I like to speak with a lawyer to sue. Gather all records can prove the quality of his work before seeing a lawyer and put all the work on the computer or e-mails you work. You're right – can affect your ability to find another job. At least, maybe you can get your old job supervisor to write you a recommendation letter. Someone has to and I think I like you.
