"I can sue my employer?

We recently received a new branch manager in April .. this man is a brute work, which had endure insults, for example, (Fuck, damn, I'm fucking shit mate to take on issues of OH & S) compliance questions intentional OH & S, forced to work overtime, promotion opportunities threatened, the threats are going to be fired and the song is for dinner and threatened with physical violence of this man. After writing letters through what is believed to be the appropriate channels, nothing was done to stop it. It also indicates in these letters that he was now on medication because of stress at work, etc related. This man is a liar who may be exposed to produce the evidence video. This man knows what I have written letters to him and out of his way to persecute, harass, intimidate, persecution and discrimination against me. I shooting and I firmly believe that their actions constitute violations of corporate policies and procedures, what should I do?

I suppose you are in Australia, this is where you have been sent. Your employer does have a duty to ensure that the maintenance of a safe workplace – if you have been injured at work due to their negligence may sue. If you were not hurt, could not report it to WorkCover / Worksafe and they will study your needs and your former employer may being charged criminally and receive large fines. You can also report harassment and bullying WorkCover – if your application can show all your medical expenses (such as medicine, advice, etc) should be covered. It can also be seen. With regard to what you believe the unfair dismissal – I urge you to consult with an attorney. If you are a member Union, to be able to give advice for free. Although it sounds like you definitely have a case on the facts you provided, it is possible that the place of work to cover up the fact and find a reason to fake bag. Do not forget that obviously do not know history. It could also be further civil action against her supervisor for battery, assault (as you mentioned physical violence) and perhaps even negligence (hence If you suffered damage as depression). Of course, like all things you will be able to prove it. It is also important to note that the action can be very costly and time consuming – sometimes it's best cut their losses and just move on. What I recommend, first, if you are a union member talk to them – offering free advice. Add WorkCover / Worksafe a call and explain the situation – to see if you can make a complaint and will discuss issues of STS. Finally, if you want to perform a civil action for contact an attorney in your area and ask for advice. Good luck!
