Source code cost separately in software development?
I would ask your opinion on the source code. I know some of you are involved in software development, or in any way should have an idea of how things are done in SD. The questions are: First, the source and part of the overall systems cost? Or is paid separately by the operating system? For example, a company hired to develop a system SD for me. Once completed, the company is also obliged to give me a copy of the source code that other operating system itself? Or does it have to be stipulated in the contract is of such nature? Secondly and more importantly, if the source codes are sold separately, what is the cost (in Ph Peso)? Only Estimated man for example, a payroll system? Please give me feedback as soon as possible because there are concerns and questions related to this theme in me. Thank you for the job.
Its really a developer, some people who make the software programs and free will "open source" and the source files are available for download as well. Others sell the source code for profit. When I make a program to someone who buy the software … not the source. But his contract, which also is a licensed user and not the owner or creator of software. If you want the title, you should purchase the source code for me 3x the rate of software, and waive my interest in the software or delete my source files after sending them. Again, these are words from me and not a standard.
