Harassment and discrimination in the workplace: what kind of lawyer do I need?
My mother and her colleague was tired of getting threats your boss and be treated as second class citizens just by age and race. They have faced the company about it several times to get your boss fired and nobody will do anything regard. You need a lawyer who specializes in employment discrimination cases in. But I do not think they have a case. You say boss is a woman? Therefore, a woman is being harassed by another woman?
