Stress at Work

The stress can be described as a model of emotional, cognitive responses, behavioral and body experience when we perceive us to be in a situation where we can not cope with the demands placed on us. The sources of stress at work is work, home and the struggle for balance in our work and home.

According to a Léger Marketing Canadian workers, the effects of stress in the workplace include:
• The physical impact: 53 percent say they experience headaches, clenched jaws, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea increased sweating and fatigue or insomnia due to stress at work.
