Is diversity overrated?
It seems to me that our national obsession with political correctness and “diversity in the workplace” is very overrated and frequently counterproductive. Am I wrong in thinking that until we are blind to people’s differences, our efforts at social engineering will call more attention to what we are trying to overcome? What I would give to go back to a time when American didn’t have self doubt and had never heard of EEO/harassment training. Any thoughts?
