How can you help save a company of his misery?

My former place of work is so poorly managed. So many of my colleagues resigns or is dismissed long has. The owner and manager of the head are two idiots that total will probably go bankrupt and may face legal problems. The company is problems with several of its suppliers, and its shipments to a certain threshold amount. Think what these ships in World War II, which took a hit but not sunk to the bottom? This business is well. Thanks to the charms of one of the major suppliers, this place is still standing, but deliveries may be terminated at any time. It is one of these places like Subway and Quiznos franchise. I know that their main customers and developer of the franchise. They already know that there are significant problems caused by the owner and manager. I am so sorry for this company, and the incompetence of the head of my manager and owner. Would it help over bankruptcy is the problem? What should I do?

By not buying their products!

The corporate ladder has been the prevailing model for how companies manage their work and their people since the beginning of the industrial revolution a century ago. The ladder represents an inflexible view in which prestige, rewards, access to information, influence, power, etc. are tied to the rung one occupies. The problem is, the authors argue, we no longer live in the industrial age.The pa…
