I'll try again protected classes? How does this concept of non-discrimination?

I'm not saying that discrimination is wrong. Far from it. I strongly agree with our laws against discrimination and believe that everyone should be treated equally. But there is another this question. I think the treatment for all the world is also defined by the two ill-treatment and good treatment. How can one race, sex, age, or the idea of making a person better protection, benefits special, or greater freedom of expression? How is the recognition of "protected classes Combating discrimination? My opinion is not. Giving person some freedom of expression in the workplace and greater job protection based on the characteristics above is complete and voting discrimination of a person who does not respect the "protected classes" qualifiers. And no, not been injured or harmed or unjustly accused of anything in my past or recent. I'm just thinking about the direction that our culture is in progress. And it seems to me …

People are not legally or freedom of expression protection Job workplace than others. The concept of "protected classes", says simply that there are people who have been victims of discrimination and continue to be victims discrimination. These "protected classes" are not really protected. Otherwise, the "protected classes" have jobs, right? The classes of "protected" is meant to keep people from being attacked more than they already are. It does not produce much, but the idea. And please leave your anecdotal evidence at home.
