Workplace Discrimination Cases

Are there previous instances of religious discrimination in the workplace?
I'm tired of these e-mails from colleagues about the true facts of the Bible. For I know the laws of this sort of thing. I live in the enclave in Northwest Florida, which is primarily in Alabama. I'm not foolish enough to start us when division unchanged. Just wanted to know the laws.
