Workplace Crime

What are the pros and cons of surveillance in the workplace?
I have to write three pages about the advantages and disadvantages of surveillance in the workplace. It can cover any type of surveillance. Now I have some ideas on some video surveillance, but IM has so much stretch or 3 pages. Here are some things I've done so far, if I can help develop in them that would be awesome! Thanks in advance PROS: 1) Allow a feeling of Security has gone from two employees) robbery / crime behavior Testimony 3) Promote good employees CONS: 1) If the cameras are installed in inappropriate places may be an invasion of privacy 2) It can cause if it reduces employee morale. If employees know they are monitored continuously, then it can cause If employees feel that employers do not trust them.
I think that covers all the pros and cons of video surveillance. Can there be other forms of surveillance in your newspaper? CONS: The hiring of a security guard. Possible prosecution? FOR: If someone has to be removed from the building has a trained person. I do not know what are my best estimates. It appears that you have already covered all the bases.
