Participation of employees in the workplace YOU?
Can you please tell me what worker participation Shemes class is your workplace, and if you could tell me a little and if they were / are effective? (For example, suggestion schemes, newsletters, quality circles Survey opinion?) THANKS!
Maybe when you find the answers, you can send to my superiors. The participation of workers in my workplace seems be reduced to the signing of the weekly colleagues birthday card and counting how much revenue is lost by people stealing to buy post-it notes and pens. Ah, joy of being an office monkey.
