labor question: Now that we have a new boss, our supervisors are friendly toward us?
Why this sudden change of attitude? It seems suspicious to me. Our old boss has a promotion, so we have a new boss.He is very strict, our old boss was more relaxed supervisors back.One who used a cat "Gherkin" is laughing and joking with us.I do not understand this change of 360 degrees at all.

Scenario 2: the last boss was Butthead so that supervisors are not able to be themselves and have not been approved in accordance with what his boss wanted.
