Accidents can happen to anyone at anytime. There are thousands of people who suffer injuries each year. In many cases, the accident or injury are not the fault of the victim, but by another person. In the case of an injury in its entirety to someone else's negligence or ignorance, there is a right to compensation.
Almost every country in the world have laws on the safety of workers, but the rules of accidents can vary from place to place.
