Can you sue a company after suffering work related injury after 2 years has passed since the incident happen?
Went to the hospital and also have witnessed. Have had massive headache and stroke after the incident. Could i still sue the company after 2 years has passed since the incident. I am wondering if i should pursue a injury lawyer for this or just forget it.
