Transitional Employee

The transition of workers to employment with the Post?
I have an interview with the Post Office at the end of the month. TE is a position of (Employee transition) of the company in the city. Anyone know what these jobs and often last more than a year? Is it easy to go "full time" a TE Once you have the time?
Being a carrier is a very hard, because you should be able to work in all weather conditions and a certain speed. You need do a lot of walking and a lot of mail and lots of stairs. The pay is good and you get a great benefit. vactions and paid holidays, vacation. But managers can be very stressful. Have you heard of the term Going Postal, it is happening. I work for the postal service for 6 years, no could pick someone because of all the pressure and stress that comes with it. But everyone is different. if you can take when it is good. Do not forget to go there to do their work to other workers Listerne commented on how the place is bad because if you do this will take you down. do their job and maintain an attitude something you like. TE carries as a carrier Temparary because if not already doing so. It is not worth your time. I say to the test a go this way because if you do. you will work permant. and have a job regular full-time with all the benefits that comes with it. Temperary work for the postal service is the worst. You do the same work as workers but not getting permant benefits and pensions. It would be better for you to find another job. My friends came in as workers temprary and hated. Now they are quiet and other jobs.
