the workplace bully
What do you do when the work falsely accused of harassment attacker you?

I have some experience of these issues. First, your employer is implementing a work in which bullying can thrive. It's just perception – other employees feel that this person is a tyrant? Do not forget when it's your word against another person (as usual with a gross book), the employer must be based on what their perception of what is really the problem. Get your supervisor involved and has no afraid to put something in writing, either. It is amazing how a secret child harassment can undermine confidence. Your employer has a duty to protect against harassment at the place of work, you need to do to get involved. Of course it is in terms of what country you can always go to the doctor, take time off, and tell your employer you are more stressed and tell them the right? we must stand up to bullies.
