Using access to "clean up" our assessment of program performance …?

I would use Microsoft Access to "Clear" Our employee performance evaluation program. Since it is at this point, I have all the information of my employees in an Excel spreadsheet (name, identification employee, the date of assessment, the driver name, the type of evaluation form etc.). Each month, enter and complete a performance evaluation model each employee on the basis of an evaluation, then e-mail to your manager so they can complete the assessment. I want to keep employee data (as mentioned above) in Access instead of Excel. Is it possible to organize different types of access pricing models and access to fill the required fields in the models, in a kind of way automated – instead of having to go to Word and I do everything by hand each month? I would appreciate Any idea or direction of the … as I'm not sure what I'm wanting do in Access is actually possible! * Smile * Thanks! Human Resources Coordinator David

Yes you can. But from the sounds of it, you will to buy books for intermediate level of access, assuming you know how to make tables, relationships, and simple queries. Before scheduling a table in Access, I put it in the pen and paper and think about how you want to create tables and fields and what you want to use to link a table to another. I believe that as many tables, each set of keys that have or field related to other tables. Tble1) basic personal information, you may date. Tble2) basic information of work, title, department, date Department of Employment (may be different from the company PPL hire date because it is moving within the company) If each department has its own guest detailed assessment, representing a number or a number of guest assocaite here with her. Tble3) Overview of evaluation, the things Super answer before submitting. If the Tble2 the same, while an area that Tble2 or here. You do not have the desire not to duplicate fields. Later the report say fields generated to pull the "answer" anyway (as the date of hire). Tble4) questionnaires Department of detailed questions can be generated for each department. Probably, as two columns, a number of question and the question. Therefore, it would be like Departmen1, Question 1, what the person report Departmen1 working, Question 2 is the technically competent person. Department2, Question 1, Does the person report to work Departmnt2, question 2, welding arc, is there someone with skill. Since this can be repeated many questions, you could instead divide it into two tables: Put all the questions in a table. with a number and a question. and then another table question associated department. perhaps three columns: The AutoNumber, the number of departments and Q1, Q2, Q 200, etc. that link to this question. something like a Dept1, quest1, 2, Dept1, Quest2. 3 Dept2, quest1, 4, Dept2, quest12. Also consider whether you want a table to maintain a link between the person, the question of service date, the issue has been evaluated, and response. This will keep permanent records of the questionnaire. Then can use the forms to fill his pieces have generated the report with the person of news, information point and the Department issues with space for the blank if necessary. If you are good to keep your business in a database back-end and create a front-end for each supervisor can do for his people in a form and have automatically stored in the database. I would say, Keep up the tables in Excel, but work on this database does. I have done some something akin to a complaints database, which took about a year. I have to work on a number of things, but it is functional and can generate a report. This is probably good for a company size-me, but if you watch a lot of people, you might consider SQL. In short, do not have access to SQL that access to Excel.

Continued high staff performance in a recession

Any fund manager during the recession is making critical decisions, fed to a decrease in spending while maintaining or improving business performance.

In other words, the role of leadership is now ongoing challenge, as companies are in survival mode, where cash generation is more necessary than ever as opposed to investment projects.

A suitable mechanism doubt that some companies have tried to cope with the effects effects of global economic recession is reducing, which is to lay off some workers.

Wages and salaries of employees form a large part of every society a huge cost, so this time increases the risk of redundancy.

It's never easy letting go workers in a company has created such a relationship with the great, but the recession is an outside force beyond his control.

Executives understand in full and some employees have to go, the first step to secure this incredible change internally is paid, involves victims.

With the assumption that human resources director has a staff reduction strategy unanimously accepted in place, beginning and end of the process should focus on two groups of employees.

Layoffs

Keep the mark was brilliant, even after some workers of the door production is only therapy for layoffs, so can still bring some good news there.

Thus, a personnel manager at this stage will have to apply some type of technical development of the organization to ensure that those who are comfortable with moving company.

Even with the highly committed workforce, managers can not delete from the company or external audience interested in their products and services.

If the dismissal of tarnishing the reputation of his former company to the public, the best performance of those who have survived it can not carry away.

It would be a great honor to layoffs, if, first, managers take the time to explain the specifically for this, and after paying benefits according to their legal employees.

Each country has its own labor laws provides that governments welfare of employees and enterprises should guide the light, when downsizing.

Immune workers

It is senior management's expectations that workers who survive the reduction process is underway to help achieve the overall objectives of the company.

Assuming that is good because they were victims not to improve or maintain its past performance, most of them are worried about the next move of the company.

This means that managers can expect that many cases of spirits confused as they are fired.

Lack of attention at work means lower productivity of these workers and how to return to their full commitment is the first step in improving performance.

In general, the concern has to do with the allocation task than before, with little or no pay, for a time until the global recession of the changes in stability.

Employees should always feel respected assets of their employers and the demand for effective and efficient communication of all decisions that affect them.

A corporate structure the integration of different consequences of layoffs and the solutions must be put in place, employees and integrate the views and managers.

Other measures such as research and development and abandonment of less profitable investment opportunities can help prevent expanding the work of an individual worker to levels they can handle.

Removal company assets and inventory, reduced benefits and advantages of the address, for example, can create more cash that can be used to balance the payroll structure between managers and workers immune.

Things like the recognition of good performance of workers and the improvement may be needed while their integration in different jobs gives them the opportunity to learn new skills.

A leading role in giving preference to tools to motivate employees is critical to help companies survive the recession by using the best strategies for managing employee performance.

employee performance review
Is it illegal to include statements on a review of workers that have been proven false?

My last job review Performance includes the statement that most do not work full 40 hours per week. It showed me that the data used to support the accusation was inaccurate in several days (There were several emails were sent after the report says that several days off my computer.) In addition, the employee of the company provided the report to my boss says that currently have no method accurate measurement of employee input and logoff times, and the report should be used to test the number of hours. I asked my supervisor to remove non-occupational exposure of 40 hours a week since I have proven to be inaccurate. He refused to withdraw the comment, but let me write a letter of response attached to my opinion. I am employed in Michigan, and am considered as "at will" employees. I do not work in any contract. Is it free to include a supervisor of all the information he / she is a personal opinion?

Yes, they can include all the information they want in the performance of its consideration, provided you have the right to file a reply and both elements are kept in the archive.
