I do not like when I walk into an office and see sitting in the tiny computer screen located on hard seats with the mouse and the keyboard looked tired and in pain. There is nothing worse than going to work and sit in the same situation (especially if it is a bad position) for hours at a time. It is easy to cause permanent damage to your body, and is something you really want to avoid!
Everything you buy should encourage correct posture (in other words have a good ergonomics). This includes the chair, desk, wrist pad, keyboard, screen and even the computer. One of the easiest ways to get poor posture is to have a president who is not comfortable to sit. Having a small screen that also encourages them to lean, which is a real problem. Make sure your chair is comfortable, the office is the right height and the screen is large enough to comfortably sit back.
