workplace options

The workplace stressful? It's time to take responsibility to change things

With 25% of all prescription drugs used for patients psychotherapy over 11% of all occupational diseases claims related to stress (top) and 42% of all cited as the absence of stress cause major tensions in the workplace has never been worse.

The pressure on business success, especially to meet the demands of shareholders, seems to translate the entire chain of command to the many on the edge. Managers are refocusing their pressure as fast as possible, and understandably so. pressures are no less.

It is characterized by symptoms such as: – irritability with others, fear, hopelessness and pessimism in the general lack of interest, lack self-esteem, boredom, feelings failure, frustration, anger, to name a few, more employees are taking the time today, more than ever, with a paid leave of her support structure.

This tension, of course, goes home at the end of the day, putting more pressure on all the relationships in the home, more than ever.

In organizations, stress, large and small, and therefore in the absence of performance and causes a significant impact on the financial plan, billions of dollars year, and in particular small, threatening their very survival.

It is very easy for employees to blame the organization they belong, without however, has never been a better time to move the gun high-level business practices change in the workplace for the best for the future.

In fact, better use of employees is not only good for business, but ensures the commitment, creativity, commitment and loyalty, reduced absenteeism and better retention more people for longer.

So what can the average person?

There are two main options that make a difference and each of them, the employee has the option to do if they want to participate and change an organization or a perfectly reasonable option, walk and try something different.

If the first option is chosen, an employee has the potential to change the face of the workplace in his (and organization) are favorable. This is not a zero sum game. Employee happy, commitment and enthusiasm are a great asset for a company, increase sales, strengthen relationships with key customers, contributing to the company instead of sucking their salary and nothing else.

To make this type of contribution, it is time for employees to express themselves constructively, rather than a way to complain about comments based on the solution every time. Once organizations recognize the positive contributions and creative value, the stronger and more balanced in both senses of the same, relationship will evolve.

For the second option, if an employee decides, after his derogatory comments and ideas constructive relationship based on death, with little return, it is time to pull up the drawbridge and progress. In fact, taking a position to make a better work experience, rather than the tension that already have, it can be even more stressful. Not exactly the result you want for everything.

Moving into something new, then one of the largest challenges is to ensure that the new role is to provide the positive experience they find so little in their last job. The truth is that many disgruntled employees leave ship in another line, the similar role, with results that are, of course, the same thing!

Balancing need to reward their personal needs for a job nice, anyone can make better decisions when they are happening. Bearing in mind is much more pleasant when working in a role that plays to their individual should be the primary objective.

Closely followed by work colleagues encourage became a lively and fun bunch of people and a management culture that is developing, stimulating and supportive. All in one!

Is this a perfect vision possible? Well, it is. And it depends on you! You make decisions that may change their place of work in about the good of yourself and those around you (it works even better if the goal of "A" team!) – or, ultimately, take a decision to get out of here and something much better.

Now is a destroyer of stress!

workplace learning
What's happening in your company or workplace and the public will be surprised to know?

Every business, workplace and industry has its dirty little secrets "that the public rarely learns about. Examples: An EMT told me that the tension was so great in the ER that many doctors and nurses use regularly used illegal drugs and alcohol to cope with the pressure. A long distance bus driver, said she had a duffel bag of beer on the bus every day and only drank beer, but like 14 years! A sales representative knew often hired prostitutes to entertain their customers! A team of drivers Goodwill truck systematically uprooted all the best gift by downloading half the trucks in a garage / warehouse every day and Flea market sale! Home sales year in the company of their guests, representatives of being aggressive was offered a $ 50 bonus if the picture is so angry have called the office and threw the guy in the house! What kind of evil is your workplace? Inquiring minds want to know

When I worked: Coca-Cola and heavy use of marijuana with sleep. One type runs considered with about 15 women co-workers. Others went everywhere from January to June co-workers, including managers subordinates. Plenty to do unpleasant place behind closed doors at work. A woman masturbating in his office. A guy had a prostitute to his office after hours. Many reports on packaging costs. Many put personal expenses and entertainment expense reporting – some to the tune of over $ 5,000. The heads do not wash hands after using the bathroom – the number 2! and so on.

This is the second film titled Anything Goes to star Bing Crosby (the first was a 1936 film).
