What are good business incentives to motivate staff and managers to achieve the objectives?
I work in food service industry and I'm looking for ways to improve morale and recognize my staff and administrative staff meeet or exceed their goals. Does anyone have new ideas on incentives to do so?
My company will give away things like an extra 15 minutes or 30 minute break. gave movie tickets, hockey tickets, and gift certificates. Right now we have a subsidy a company where you can get an extra $ 50 dollars in our checking whether we are in the number of "one top agent. I hope this helped some!
