I live in British Columbia, Surrey and want to work in Surrey Sports and Leisure Complex as lifeguard. I have my ANS, and everything else. How do I do? I heard it was a kind of proficiency test where we have to go through a series of SIMS, standards physical, educational assessment and interview. Is it mandatory?
