Reflections on spirituality in the workplace?
Sometimes I think that the work gives us a way of talking and spending time with people you normally not be friends with these people of different races. So the work is very good as well, right? What is your 2 cents on what I mean? To answer the first OC, I hope they think I'm proselytizing in the workplace. I seriously do not because it was totally inappropriate and invasive. But, of course, many conversations drift to the spiritual, that's what I say And also, not to focus solely on the talks, but simply the experience of people of different races work because usually they live or hang these breeds are not Aurora, to answer your question, I'm dealing with different races is a spiritual issue in itself (at least for me)
It is true that most often the workplace allows us to socialize with demographic might not normally choose. It gets a bit sticky to religion and spirituality in the workplace, especially the more moral than it receives. Employers want more companies to emphasize the "diversity" of all kinds but I found that if all employees are embraced like this is so that the workers themselves do not feel comfortable sharing with others their diversity.
