Spanish In The Workplace
Is it legal to be prepared to work to speak Spanish?
I speak Spanish today reprimanded another co-worker in Spanish. I understand that people take offense to it. However, is it legal to write when she has the obligation to work and be told it can also lead to the termination of employment? I discovered it is not illegal to speak Spanish in the workplace, provided that the company can prove they lost money. The most of our "customers" are Spanish speakers.
