Recently, my old company told us to reapply for the same work we were doing some years. Of the 12 members of our team, the company decided to retain seven and let people go in May. 5 people 4 of them belong to the same race. After turning off most of them got another job, if the skills are not the problem. It seems that T-racial recriminations? If so, we sue the company? PS. These seven remained in the company belonged to the same race. The only reason I could see the scene on foot is that we have taken off five more of them.
You did not say how many in July, the company has been the same race as the 4 to let go. It is a racial discrimination if you have been selected because of their race. If some 7 were the same race as the four to let go, the company did not own, simply because of their race. This is discrimination. If you still think you have been discriminated against, contact the EEOC. They go to school. If you have a case, the EEOC will continue in his name.
