Race Discrimination In The Workplace

Do you legally have to state your disability on a Resume?
I have applied for some jobs in the Government sector and they all ask if i have a disability that is permanent or if it would hinder your work perfomance!
I realise there is a anti-discrimination in the workplace that states you cannot discriminate because of colour, race, culture, disability, gender etc……
Are you obligated to state or disclose your type of disability in your resume if they ask?
They are liable if you are injured while working for them. Be honest. There is a difference between discrimination and safe, smart job placement. Your boss should be aware of what may hurt you. If your disability has nothing to do with the job you seek, then you do not have to disclose it.
