quality in the workplace
How I can stay calm in the workplace?

Not that I get angry or blow of my work … On the contrary, I am very happy and employees hired. But when my work is challenged or people question my work, is how I take it personally. I am emotional and upset. How I can separate my personal welfare comments on the quality of my work? I can not keep crying in my car at the time of lunch because someone tore my presentation in rags!

You, obviously care deeply about their work and really big. It really takes practice, one must cultivate a thick skin and try to learn from criticism of individuals they give you. I know it hard, but it gets easier. Instead of thinking they are trying to be mean just think about how they try to help you be better (even if they are not). Then, finally, can distance their emotions from their work and learn to take things with a grain of salt. Same thing happened to me when I began my work, I make mistakes all the time the first month and it bothers me a lot, but I just did what I suggested and now it does not matter too much when I make a mistake. I have a lot of attention, but I know I am human and I'm happier at work and my work reflects.
