I'm 17 (18 on Tuesday) and I work in a restaurant. There is an elderly woman in her 60 or so it has the same name I did, but she is always screaming and I criticize what I do and now has been the supervisor yelling at me all the time too. Is there a law or something against it? because frankly, I do nothing wrong and I cry in front of their customers. I enjoy working so much, but I can not quit before having another job. I'm as good as everyone else. They say I'm sometimes too slow and I'm as fast as everyone. When I make lunch, get angry, even if a small spec of food on the counters.
