How to deal with a hostile environment in the workplace ..?

New boss has ruled out what would normally be my job. I am not including at meetings or changes to products that manage land. I am a 50 years old and fear that I will let go. Me with the company for more than six years, with excellent performance tests.

Request a meeting with your manager and discuss how it feels to be open and honest. If you're not doing things the way he / she hold and then as head is there to let you know and try to help. If you do not know how we can improve. Take your job description along the way if it is specific and may be indicated clearly what to do. Ask if there is anything I can do better. Ask yourself if your boss if you need to take a few minutes for him / her for the meeting if you have an official register in order to protect in the future. You need to angle things seem to be worried about your boss is more work than they should want and to offer support. Good luck
