Do you trust your pest control technician?

I work for my first job) of the pest control company 25-30 (Petits. I think many ppl in general do not trust us, we lie, we do not spray when we do all sorts of things. I'm not talking about our clients who know how to do things right for them. I speak of the reputation of pest control is usually not our company in particular. PPL when the call first, that's your attitude, will not be treated fairly. my father was here and taught my cousin and I want to do things. What can we do to redreate this misunderstanding and thinking that his company care pest control that?

I have too much work for pest control for small businesses. I am a third generation owner undertaking pest control. I think what our customers, who are licensed and bonded, experienced a special feeling, like we care. This is absolutely true. I think people just get a position in a bad mood for pest control workers, as the typical American combat pests are buying color brew white workers. And now, for a short time, have to trust someone who is not in a suite and an Armani tie. As a rule I also do not fall in the house without someone with us. The GPS is also another way to let people know that home. If you take care of their customers take care of you.

Contractor Or Employee

Schedule C tax deductions – "C" is for contributions, contractors and Commissions

Here are three legitimate tax deductions self starting with the letter "C". Any costs in your own business? If so, be sure to report them on your tax return.

1. Contributions. Through contributions, I mean charitable contributions – donations that you make tax-exempt organizations (known in the organizations 501c3 tax jargon), such as churches, synagogues and other humanitarian agencies or educational status of nonprofit IRS.

It's one of those deductions sensitive. If you are a sole proprietor and give your business checking account, you do not make the deduction for this contribution in Annex C. Instead, the credit reporting in Annex A scholarly and detailed. So if you are filing Schedule A, which is quite common, as statistics show that approximately two thirds of IRS statements personal tax take the standard deduction, do not get to cancel the donation.

So a word of warning to all the owners kindly Single: Do not assume that because you have the gift of your corporate account, you automatically qualify for the deduction.

Corporations (companies "C" but no "S") able to deduct charitable donations as an expense on corporate income tax for enterprises (Form 1120), provided certain conditions are met. Is that enough to constitute a society? Probably not. But I hope not only to give tax benefits.

2. Entrepreneurs. If you hire an independent contractor to perform services for your business, these expenses are deductible on Schedule C. Line 11 is the logical place to report, "Contract job. "

Note that this is one of the most controversial deductions business and a potential red flag if the IRS suspected abuse. Why? Because many companies pay their workers as independent contractors and not employees simply to avoid payroll taxes. This is a big no-no and if you're caught regret. If the IRS can prove that their subcontractors are actually used, it can reclassify compensation after salaries and requires you to pay back taxes and fines from payroll and interests of delay.

Now, if you have a legitimate relationship with the contractor of a service provider, not worry in this matter. Just be sure to do things: if you hire an independent contractor, do you have a contract? The contractor to submit invoices? And the end of the year, which will send you Form 1099-MISC? The best answer to these questions is "yes."

For me, information on this topic, be sure to talk with your tax professional or visit the IRS website, the search for "independent contractor" and have access to excellent article entitled "independent contractor or employee?

3. Commissions. Another common form of compensation has been committed, reported on Schedule C, line 10. Again, if you pay plus a commission for services rendered, make sure that these people are really independent contractors and not employees. If you are entrepreneurs, you can report spending in line 10 and legally avoid payroll. But if they are employees, the compensation should be included in line 26, payroll, and subject to payroll taxes, income tax deductions, and the small mountain of paperwork that came to pay compensation of employees.

workplace harrasment
Could you give me some examples of sexual harassment in the workplace?

Looking for things that are not necessarily directed at you. Many speak sex and girls with low cut shirts and high heels bent over a desk? this kind of thing, go to where I work. would be considered harassment? What is called the honey child love? and things like that all day?

Sexual harassment is not allowed in the workplace. Some things, like playing the parts of the body such as cigarette butts breasts, etc. are not allowed to do and violators may be immediately terminated from employment. gestures and comments are not welcome, however, inviting to be the harassment, you should inform the person that such comments are not accepted. If you let the person or his employer does not like that and continue the harassment, it is considered and the individual and the employer may be liable. Tell gender-related jokes are not acceptable in the workplace and are often offensive to someone who can listen. Proper attire should be strengthened. The use of open blouses that expose a portion of the breast or skirts that reveal the buttocks or groin dressing is not acceptable and as such should be said to cover these areas properly. Most employers should have dress codes, they are and let them know what is offensive, it should correct the situation or could be held accountable. Remember that direct insults and touch are not tolerable under any conditions. You have to let people know it or your employer about the things find offensive, if not corrected, may constitute sexual harassment and individuals and employers can be held accountable. Sexual harassment occurs between men and women, boys and females, males and women and men and women. Some examples are: – The boss wants you to join him at dinner and at night one and if so, will help your career. You – His colleague is never in front of you and expose their buttocks. You tell him that offends you, it still does. – Always presents some of his colleague her breasts, I say offends you it is doing – A male employee tells another, who love their body and want to go out with him, said not interested and that damage to the system, the other followed to ask (the same situation with the woman to woman) – his friend sexually oriented jokes to others and you can hear, you tell them what offends, they continue to have sex jokes in nature (even when talking about sex) – Some workers hanging naked child naked or half or girl calenders office, let them know what crime not recommend that you remove the grills to bring this matter to the directions and have one person trained in this area on-site training. Equal Opportunities Employment of the Commission also has the training video is available. I hope everything goes well.

Miranda rights must be the employee in question?
