Is it time to get a new job
With the massive change in the economy, there is nothing that can be guaranteed. May be overlooked, but the truth is that you might lose your job at a time when you are most comfortable with it.
You can have your dream job with good pay, good performance, understanding and inspiration friendly boss and colleagues. But again, it's never really stable by the fact that candidates are increasingly able to compete by new jobs every second.
However, whatever the issue of job security, need to think again about its potential. You could wake up one morning and feel that you are very good job and their work is also large. But it really can go in search of better options with the skills they have.
Try that in the search for evidence that some of your business could mean that the time has come for you to update your resume and start looking for a job aa more and better news. Some signs of series:
a) your company or industry you work for can cross a difficult period. Warning If your company is in crisis. If she loses a lot of loyal customers in a short period of time and lost business is competition even consider previous might be time to start looking for new jobs. Must see if the new address is actually a good replacement for the former or not, and how he or she affect his role in society.
d) Note how any management change affects their role in society. If there was a change in ownership that led to his work being largely marginalized or you do not get a promotion it deserves, then you should think about their role in the company.
e) Another thing to watch to see if their position in society has stagnated or not. If you got promotions that you can in the company and is convinced there is no place in that particular company to expand the business, you need to find new jobs.
