Enable Microsoft Access files to be opened from the intranet?
I have a problem with the opening of Microsoft Access files on my intranet workplace. I will always have this error window security: http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/3383/error2xe2.jpg http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/5206/error1ep6.jpg How I can disable Windows security? I can not save the file on my local disk and edit the file is also used by others too. Thanks!
You need your local server as a trusted site. Internet Options> Security> Trusted sites> Sites> Add Site. The name of server is preceded by (backslash, backslash) If your company has a network administrator, give them a call.
