Why employers are reluctant to use?

Why employers refuse to hire someone is when they think "overqualified." To me, that means very qualified. When I say that if I am hired, I will not be looking for another job. This happens regularly so deleted my domain for my resume This could have a chance. What should you do with a BA and an MA in applying for a job that requires only a HS diploma or GED. I feel that I do myself an injustice by not listing my accomplishments, but at the same time I am not anything. I do not see why anyone needs any degree, because I was told I have too education and experience so many times. I realize that I think I'll keep looking for work if hired, but I can not hire someone, even if relieved my CV. Suggestions?

First, do not water down the back. You've worked hard for what he has done and you should look for related work experience. Looking for the right job? Perhaps you should look for more advanced positions or in a field that values their experience. When interviewing people, "overqualified" is a word I use sometimes. I mean that people may be able to do the job very well, but I fear the boredom, because the situation may be under them. much turnover costs money and productivity, and to prevent it is the key. I would not hire someone with a master's degree to answer phones or enter data, because I can not imagine being happy in this position for anything other than a temporary stay.
