Kaiser Permanente Employment
Did interview with another hospital as interviews with other companies?
I was an administrative assistant, customer service agent, and secretary previous employment, but I really hope to secure the hospital. Recently a family member has spoken to the man responsible for recruiting in the hospital. She gave him my name and advised him of the openings available soon. It seems to be the best opportunity I had to find a job in a hospital and I desperately want to select. The procedure is different than it would at a bank or insurance company (among others)? Should I expect the same questions, tests and requirements? The vacancy is required the applicants to have prior knowledge of medical terminology, but it certainly could not hurt to learn. Should I worry that they have not learned or retained from this knowledge? Oh Kaiser Permanente organization if that makes a difference.
I recently had an interview for an administrative position at a hospital and does not seem so different of previous interviews for different jobs. I asked many questions about the skills you need at work, and how to improve my previous works these skills. They have also spent heavily on communication skills. They said I was going to be a lot of work and wonders how I communicate effectively in various forms (written, telephone, making presentations if necessary). give me proof that one was the creation of a Microsoft Access database. like any other interview, be prepared to ask questions. Everyone loves him. Good luck!
