justice in the workplace
Americans with Disabilities Act No kidding?

I think this bill is a farce and a joke. I do not think a disabled person can actually to obtain justice in this country. I think they are victims of discrimination in the workplace and from left to right, and have no real recourse through courts. Have you ever heard of anyone fired or discriminated against at work that has been able to obtain justice for the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)? Or this a joke about people with disabilities, giving all a sense of fairness and justice where there is none?

N ADA is not a joke any way. It is a document defective, recently partially remedied. I know at least a dozen people who have sought justice for Title 1 ADA (employment section) and obtained justice. I know many People who have sought justice from other acts and justice granted. 5 I testified in hearings where people with disabilities who seek justice have won, and I was or am now a part of 7 mediations where things are yet to go to court. Personally, I'm on the court against a hotel for its lack of ADA accommodation is through the process liquidation. The main flaw is that ADA implementation is not the same unless a person or organization reporting. No office application that searches for Proactive violations of the ADA. Unless someone complains that there is no reason to ADA violation can not continue. The difference in others – now in the process of change – is there was no specific recognition of knowledge no one in the ADA. So anyone (including me) can not claim expertise in the ADA and there is really nobody who may say otherwise. A program is just beginning, which is a program of 40 credits in law began with an ADA ADA & IT Center. This is a certification nationally recognized. More people will take 2 years to complete all the requirements, then there will be ADA-certified experts another 2 years. The ADA is sadder than most disabled people do not know their rights under. In most cases, all you need do is contact with the organizational compliance with law, to draw attention to the exact part of the law, violate and are taking steps to correct the problem. (Often very slowly my opinion, but it happens.)

Anthony had the courage to guide thousands of women through that era of U.S. history when women were treated as second-class citizens despite the threats to her personal safety. Her leadership and courage led to the rights for women to hav…
