What is the best way to respond to a Pearson Personality Test for a job?
Someone I know not a Pearson test for a job at a local pharmacy, and are very smart, very hardworking, he graduated with honors, very fair, bilingual (They are white), not drugs or drink, and are very beautiful. They said they would meet more than half (in moderation) – Questions should be answered "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree", but were more in the middle. Are looking for strong agreement / profound disagreements on these issues, rather than a more moderate approach? Thank you.
No, should not being strongly agree, but any model will also be a flag. So to answer all the moderates could make it look like a person is lying. Just to answer honestly.
