Job Squad

I'm about to turn 16. What you need to know to get a job at Best Buy or the Geek Squad?
I'm pretty educated when computers. I know a few programming language and a good number of computers. Which is exactly what I need to know to work for the Geek Squad or Best Buy? In addition, I know that the minimum age for Best Buy is 16, but what the Geek Squad?
You may be able to obtain, but it really depends on how the Geek Squad look for jobs there. Usually work at best buy and Geek Squad are making more money than the managers, then there is fierce competition there. But I think you need a high school diploma at least Geek Squad, which would be 18 years. I would like to get a job at Best Buy, then try to transfer Geek Squad more if that is what you really want.
