Job References
Would it be appropriate to friends as job references?
I've worked with these folks if they know my technical skills, because they worked together before. Is this appropriate? We are in the 16 also.
1. Always ask first friends – you do not want surprises. Sometimes a friend will not be a reference for a reason that might not really matter for you, but it is a very reluctant reference wrong. 2. When the references give, give a sentence that explains what is available. Then questions you ask and you may not require all covered.
