Have you ever interview your potential employer before accepting a job?
All books on job search to tell readers you should interview your potential employer before accepting a job to see if there's a good chemistry. Candidates should know if there is a good fit in relation to the style of work, personality, needs, requirements and corporate culture. All this sounds good, but I see very few candidates do in all my professional experiences as a Human Resouces. Why why so many people willing to walk the indiscriminate and does not question the chief potental?
