Job Headhunters

How I can get a new job (even an interview), try everything!?
I am over 10 years of experience in the computer sector (Programming that is not like all automatically assume, technical services) and just received my MBA and PMP CERT last year. Eight years as a colleague at a company great popularity w / good experience and references. Despite all this, I can not get a new job interviews or even in spite of their efforts. I tried: Job Boards (Dice etc.), my network (ask your family friends, colleagues and former), trying to find recruiters / headhunters, hit the supply company boards directly, career site even my former school. Nothing. All that shit receive occasional offers for concerts consultation time, usually in different states. I my experience, education, CERT, industry (IT) would have a difficult time not at least getting interviews, but nothing. Yes the next IT Tech Services is not as hot as other areas, but still. My resume is good too. What happens? Enough I was in that month.
Unfortunately, at work today is not how to improve the experience I can not. Why should they hire a worker with experience of 75-100k when you can get a college degree or someone in India for 1 / 2 to 1 / 3 the cost? I have seen many "experienced" the struggle of workers to do half of what they did five years ago! Outsourcing IT does not help things either. Now that I'm done ranting, I have three proposals: first, the ability to review your resume based on the amount of work experience is looking. Here's an example: many search sites can search for work or show the number of years experience desired. If you find a job looking for 3-5 years experience, please send your CV with only five years of labor history. If the work is looking for 5-10 years, beyond its list of the 10 years. Do they include all of their education and certs, just do not have dates of achievements. The reason given for the dates of your employment history is that some employers will automatically exclude persons with prior job experience desired out of support. "His goal is to be selected for an interview. Secondly, check that all your friends and family that you are looking for! Many jobs are won because someone knew someone else. Many companies offer a cash payment its employees to recommend a new recruit. Finally, throwing a wide net that includes other places. I begin in the cities where you have family or close friend, because it is difficult anyone know where to start. Good luck!
