I need goals for my job evaluation, suggestions?
I work in an adult day program for mentally disabled people.
I have no knowledge in the field – but here are some general suggestions: – Implementation of new programs – Increase the success rate existing programs – social awareness of mental disability. – Improved profitability does not – necessarily reduce costs – development of new sources of funding for their programs – Improve your corporate image in society
