NPL AM in Oh, I was fired from my job of mapping the Internet at home. It is a VIOLATION OF HIPAA? ?
I search on the web and have found no information at all. Please help, I think he was fired unfairly. I did not submit personal medical information to anyone, when I asked because I was completely truthfull I did nothing wrong.
My question is, how and why they allow access to hospital medical records home electronics? My hospital is completely safe and only doctors have access to the house to order and view lab results and write notes, etc., but no other staff, including nurses receive a license for access to records of the house. I would like to address human resource development to find what their policies and why specifically with access to the house was made available in the first place. I guess they were not under contract and was a place "at will" employees, which means they can fire you any reason they choose (or no reason at all).
