I need help with incentives to work?

I work in an area where staff regularly distribute drugs. We had many problems with medication errors and would like to create an incentive program to try to reduce the number of errors. I work for a nonprofit organization with the hardening money. We already do a form of bingo that security is not an option …. Need help getting something. Thanks

Medication errors?!? Ay This is not as well as increasing sales of players, it sounds serious. If you keep your customers safe and healthy not "incentive" enough for some workers, What do you shoot? That should be enough incentive for others to do the job they are paid to do it properly and without compromising the health and other security.
