gay discrimination in the workplace
I'm gay, black man who is discriminated against in the workplace. My head will not stop. What should I do?

I am a gay man Black, not afraid to hide in the closet. However, my boss always tells me that employees complained about me because I am gay and black. He said to me "In order to mitigate the same. "Instead of me, given the dark ages, religion, religious, homophobic, narrow-minded mentality. I have recently been physically threatened by a (literally) 600 pounds man, and the boss let her go with a slap on the wrist. What should I do?

You can always go to the EEOC. The risk here is that this may continue throughout their careers and make it more difficult to find work in the future. Most employers find that the applicant once filed a complaint of discrimination with the EEOC to find a legal solution is not hiring. Can you blame them? It is doubtful that you will be able to "live like low "to their current workplace. You should be smiling and support until they are accepted for the good work you do and this is no longer a problem or if you decide you can not take more and seek opportunities elsewhere. It is impossible to hide their race and racial matters less today than you can imagine. However, there is absolutely no reason to reveal their preferences sex in a workplace. You have the right to have sex with a gay adult choice if you are ready. You have no right to express or to impose their views on others at work and be free of the reaction of others to their point of view. It is a matter of them but you do when you disclose this fact to your topic. The next time around to keep quiet. Nobody will ask what to say voluntarily.
