They pay me if I have to stay home due to an injury at work?
I had and accident. I slipped and hit the edge of the cabinet. I was in my turn. He had three points and ended with black eyes. couldnt go to work for over a week. ignored now sicker than they could have used. my question is: should the company pay me this week, as happened during my shift and in the local area? thanks for replying
It is considered one of the workers' compensation. The insurance company that covers your employer should also cover the loss of his salary for that week. Good luck.
