How I can find a lawyer in employment in Connecticut?
I do not know anyone to recommend one. I looked in the Yellow Pages local, but what? Supposedly, I have been displaced due to restructuring is debatable. I got a separation agreement and general release suspect of all signs of Claims. In this Agreement, said "do not sign without consulting a lawyer." I was given a severance package terrible and told him not to talk this to anyone. I got a letter Cheezy, generic reference, saying "there is no phone for a referral. That night in my job search and the fact that I am over 55 years. Says my colleague, would end in a week and are now being granted special privileges because he was formally employed by the parent company and receive different compensation because of it. Also, I filed a harassment complaint against the work of eight employees of the parent company of 12.03.2006 and two months later I was arrested. Dubious?
Call the county or a combination of status bar, and ask for the names of lawyers in your area that specialize in relationships labor or unlawful dismissal cases.
One year post-stimulus, unemployment still high
