Employment Laws

Then, using Feng Shui in the workplace is a violation of labor laws?
I work for a company run by a Chinese couple. He thinks it's silly, but makes most of its decisions based on the principles of Feng Shui. Some of these decisions are officials who are in violation of labor laws, and may even violate the First Amendment rights to freedom of religion. Someone Has this experience or know how the courts are dealt with him in the past? Forget the religious aspect. You will notice that it was an unimportant. I'm more interested in whether their use in personnel decisions is legal or not.
I think you need to be more specific about what is happening. For example, if Somone has a messy desk can be bad Feng Shui or bad work habits.
