However, another employer has asked me to apply and interview with me now for what would be a dream job. "I tell my current employer, I every interview or wait until a firm offer from the employee potential? If I say, when? My interview is in four days.

But if you tell your current employer that you are there to test the labor market, so he knows you are a dishonest employee and although very early (it's one you never catergory see in a performance review), we have to start looking for someone to replace him. And guess what, if in two days or two months, which replaces your search employment. So, everything that is not shared with the current employer. Now, if the interview for the job and when you meet with your current employer, the adviser to offer and ask: "What can you do to me?" I like to stay here, but …." I made up twice, once ended up living and once he took the job of my dreams. "So much so … Good luck and just keep quiet ….
