employer rating
Is an employer must give notice before the increase in insurance rates?

My employer has just sent a second letter this year my health insurance rates are rising. The last increase was in September. I see nothing but cooperative insurance must give employers 60 days notice to amend rates. The employer must notify us so we can seek other solutions?

In most cases, the employer does not give any warning. You can cancel your insurance at any time with them. Provided advice is recommended. You should always consult your options well. In some cases, the health care plan may be less expensive than the plan receives your employer group. If you have a pre-existing condition or in poor health, the group plan is the best.
