If you receive an unsolicited job offer from an employment agency, and is applied directly to the employer, would you be continued
I received a email from an employment agency to tell me that some employers are looking for workers. If applied directly to the employer instead of using the agency The Agency may sue me for not using them?
If you are not under contract with the agency job search, I do not see how it could sue.
