employer lawsuits
What is the validity of applicants to abuse lawsuits against the Catholic Church?

Note that this is a legal debate, and any bias, moral, political, religious or intuition answer will be eliminated and, fortunately, also said a minimum. I can not find validation of the news and old sexual abuse in seeking damages against the churches Dioceses have been in I think would be treated under the law and the criminal trial so that it is in all other criminal sexual abuse. Make the open door as if he were charged and tried in a case of sexual abuse that would open the door the victim file a lawsuit against his employer. All links and CITES would be greatly appreciated.

The issue in a civil trial would be required the employer was the victim of crime. In some cases where the employer had knowledge of criminal conduct or had any reason to be suspicious of their behavior, then they are responsible before the law does not protect the victim. Look at it this way. If I owned a plane and my brother was drunk and high on cocaine to be flown I would be responsible for any damage it does because if I had not given him the keys to my reaction would not fly and no injuries were reported. In the case against the Church Catholic legal theory is not the Church – by his superiors – I only knew that priests were molesting (and worst) of the children, also covered. As I understand it, most cases have been brought into the grounds that if the Church has dealt with suspicious behavior before (or in some cases, complaints before), then the plaintiff was not injured. It's a bit more complicated than that, but … Understand also that the courts consider entirely separate criminal and civil. If you go back to the top of our judicial system that the courts would be much improved in two different types of cuts – in law and equity. criminal matters were handled by government, while civil cases are usually private affairs. Criminal cases require a different level of proof for civil cases. Thus, while the appearance criminal sex assault can be treated by the government in criminal court, the victim is also entitled to seek compensation for their wickedness in civil court. The same system that allows a party that has been involved in a serious accident to be sued for damages suffered in the accident and then referred to the charges the District Attorney (aka the government …) by criminal negligence. Hope this helps. Cheers.
